Sweater Pillow Set Black Snowflake

This set of black knit snowflake sweater pillow covers from a linen and cotton up cycled sweater from Ralph Lauren is the prefect addition to your cabin, cottage or lake house decor.

These covers will fit one 20 and one 12-inch pillow inserts. I recommend using feather inserts for a softer pillow and easier insertion into this style cover. Please note these covers actually measure a bit smaller than the insert recommended. They are cut to the insert size, but when sewn lose a small portion of their dimension. This insures a plumper pillow.

The covers are backed with a solid black cotton blend twill, which you can see in Picture 5. Closure is with an envelope style.

Both covers match, consisting of an over-all traditional intarsia design of gray/taupe colored snowflakes on a black background.

All inside seams have been serged to prevent raveling.

I have machine washed and dried the original sweater and the fabric used for the backing. You can do the same, as needed, using a gentle cycle and cold water.

Please note these covers are from an up cycled sweater, not a new one.
