Plaid Up Cycled Sweater Pillow Cover Set

Mad about plaid? Here's a knitted set of plaid sweater pillows in navy, red, and black just for you!

Sewn from a cotton and ramie sweater, this pillow cover set is backed with a dark navy denim fabric which you can see in Picture 2.

These covers will fit 12 and 20-inch square pillow inserts. I recommend using feather inserts for a softer pillow and easier insertion into this style cover. Please note these covers actually measure a bit smaller than the insert recommended. They are cut to the insert size, but when sewn lose a small portion of their dimension. This insures a plumper pillow.

These pillow covers are not just for decor, but made to be used. I have machine washed and dried the sweater and the fabric used to back the covers. All inside edges have been serged with an overlapping stitch for strength and to prevent raveling. Closure is with a "fold-over" panel in the back.

This set will be perfect with your farmhouse, cottage, country or cabin chic or lake house decor.

Machine wash and dry, cold water, gentle cycle.
